Goodbye Wrinkles

Wrinkles are tiny creases in the skin. We normally have this as we grow. Wrinkles appears a result of aging. It can be found around the eyes, on the forehead, near the nose and lips. In some way, I know all of us wants to prevent wrinkles from appearing in our faces! Yes, we want to prevent wrinkles! What can we do about it?

Here are some advices:

* Since sun is the major cause of skin aging, apply sunscreen lotion to your body and face daily. Also wear sunglasses to protect the eyes from the sun's radiance.

* Avoid smoking. According to researchers, smoke causes reduction in the production of new collagen. Lack of new collagen results in wrinkles.

* Avoid rubbing skin too much. Stretched skin cause wrinkles. Rub your skin gently.

For a facial treatment, stores sell anti aging creams and anti wrinkle creams which can reduce the appearance of wrinkles. But I can surely say that dermatologists know the best solution in removing wrinkles. Botox is one example.

I have tried one treatment for wrinkles. I am still new to it. I bought it at the mall. I also apply a vegetable, Pipino, on my eyes and skin. I believe that it helps in reducing dark circles under the eyes. It also helps in soothing and softening the skin.

One of my friend also told me that oat is good for the skin. Just mix it with milk and water and use it as a facial wash or body wash.
