Foods that will help you stay healthy inside and out

Healthy and clear skin, glowing eyes, and shiny hair are the most common signs of good nutrition. Being healthy begins with the food we eat. So start the day eating healthy foods.

Potatoes: They are packed of good nutrients for the brain and the body such as Vitamin C, Vitamin B1, Vitamin B6, Folate, Iron, and Potassium. It is bursting with vitamins and minerals! The best thing about it is, it's a fat free and a low calorie food! Absolutely a good source of fiber! Thus, it is really a healthy food.

Vitamin A is one of the most important vitamin for the body. It acts as a body protection and barrier from infections and plays a vital role in maintaining good vision and healthy skin.
Foods rich with Vitamin A: Cheese, Eggs, Butter, Margarine, Liver

Fruits and vegetables are all natural food, loaded with vitamins and minerals such as vitamins A & C, fiber, iron, potassium, etc. Eat at least 9 servings of fruits and vegetables a day.

Milk and Dairy Products such as yoghurt and cheese are good sources of calcium which will make the bone strong and healthy.

Last but not the least, Water. Remember, we need to drink 6-7 glasses of water a day because it helps us to avoid dehydration. According to what I've read, water can also help make hair silky, soft, and shiny.

    Eating is everyone's favorite thing to do. And as the saying goes: "You are what you eat". It's kinda funny but true. People eat different kind of foods anywhere. We eat spicy, unhealthy and healthy foods. Now I'm hungry and good thing I brought along with me the cream for my teeth whitening. Los Angeles, by the way is one of the cities that offer great food in both food chain and dine- in restos!
